Smirnov Vyacheslav Andreevich was born in the city of Velikie Luki. In 1998 he entered the Novgorod School of Arts. S. Rachmaninov.
Since 2008, a member of the VTOO "Union of Artists of Russia"

Participant of urban, zonal and All-Russian art exhibitions.
Works are in private collections in Russia and abroad.
Several urban park sculptures adorn the hometown.
Lives and works in Veliky Novgorod.
