PAYMENT

Payment can be made by credit card in case of ordering on the site of NIKOLSKAYA GALLERY, or by cash to the courier.

DELIVERY

Delivery is carried out within Moscow and the Moscow region. Delivery amount is 1,500 rubles for Moscow and 2000 rubles for the Moscow region. This price is determined by the fact that the paintings might be located in the urban suburbs far away from the customer, the package specifics. NIKOLSKAYA GALLERY cooperates with the logistics companies: Express.ru, DHL, UPS.

Delivery time is between 1-2 days for Moscow and the Moscow region.

Return policy

In each case, refund situation is considered individually. If you are not completely satisfied with the piece of art, be sure to inform NIKOLSKAYA GALLERY. Gallery staff will promptly solve your questions.

Under Russian legislation you have the right to refuse the order or return it before the transportation to delivery service or within 7 days after receiving.

Under the following conditions:

  • the work is in original condition
  • you have documents proving the purchase of work

Under these conditions, NIKOLSKAYA GALLERY will refund to you the amount in cash or send money to your account within 10 days.

Please note that shipping fee is not refundable.

DEFECTS OR DAMAGE

When obtaining work, look carefully at the artwork for defects, damage, check the specifications: year, material, size, author name, title. If you are satisfied with the result, sign and hand over to the courier a document confirming the receipt of the work and its safety.

We in the shortest possible time not exceeding 10 working days, will replace the work or return the funds to the account of the customer. If, after getting a job, you change your mind to buy it for any reason, you must to inform the NIKOLSKAYA GALLERY about it.
