22 September 2016 in the Art Residence was held a Grand celebration to mark the opening of the finished complex of buildings. Art Residence — project of STONE HEDGE, which is on the site of the former tobacco factory BAT-Java designer has created a residential complex of premium class with its own infrastructure. On the first floors of houses are non-residential premises, where there are shops, cafes, providers, begin to work the offices. Company STONE HEDGE – developer of the project, organized the event in accordance with one concept of the complex "Art in which I live!". So, guests could enjoy a rich and interesting festive program with a creative atmosphere, performances of street musicians, a light show, an exhibition of photographs. At the end of the holiday was the traditional cutting of the red tape and launching fireworks. At the opening of the Nikolskaya Gallery organized the exhibition in tune with the name of the opening of "Art in which I live!".
Input group of ART RESIDENCE was decorated with works of Russian artists of the avantgarde and realistic directions. The exhibition was presented paintings by artists Nikolskaya Gallery: Maria Naumova, Elena Thick and Kanushkin Anatoly.
