Gallery of Russian Art Nikolskaya Gallery presents an exhibition of contemporary art by the Moscow artist "Memories of Hellas"

Moscow, August 20, 2017. - Gallery of Russian Art Nikolskaya Gallery opens an exhibition of contemporary art "Memories of Hellas" by the Moscow artist Tatyana Ipatenko, who is a member of the large art association Art Box. Opening of the exhibition will take place at 19:00, September 23, 2017 at the exhibition site of the design business center Neo Geo, located in the South-Western Administrative District of Moscow.
The exhibition will be held from September 23 to November 30, 2017.

The concept of the exhibition
The series "Memoirs about Hellas" is a new direction, first presented at the exhibition in the work of Tatyana Ipatenko. It allows you to touch memories to the ancient Greek civilization and lets you remember the prowess of superhumans, freely interpreted by the artist, who turn into Earthlings with a capital letter. Each hero - depicted with a minimum of details against the background of a local spot of a certain color, turns into a crown of creation against the background of the cosmos, with its abyss, infinity.
The exhibition exposition consists of 38 works and is represented by figurative painting.

Tatyana Ipatenko is one of the leading artists of the painting section of the Moscow Union of Artists. Being a participant of the most significant exhibitions, she is known to spectators for her landscapes of the capital, Russian province.
