September 22, 2016 in the territory of Art Residence a grandiose celebration was held on the occasion of the opening of the finished complex of mansions. Art Residence is a project of the company STONE HEDGE, which established a premium residential design complex with its own well-developed infrastructure in place of the former tobacco factory BAT-Java. On the first floors of the mansions there are non-residential premises where shops, cafes, service enterprises are opened, offices start to operate.
